Security contractor shall equip its security officers with uniforms bearing the company logo/patch or similar identification. Security contractor shall bill the Township monthly, or on a mutually agreeable schedule. Security contractor is responsible for conducting background checks of its Security officers and provide proof of such to the Chief of Police or designee. 6. 9. Security contractor shall indemnify the Township of West Orange and its Agents from its security officers’ purposeful or willful bad acts, negligence or omissions. . Security contractor shall maintain workers’ compensation insurance on its security officers. Security contractor shall maintain a minimum of liability insurance as follows: ¢ General Liability $1,000,000.00 ¢ Aggregate Liability $5,000,000.00 e Excess Liability $1,000,000.00 This contract shall not be subcontracted. 10. The security contractor shall upon request by the Township, remove from service any of its employees, who in the opinion of the Township are guilty of improper conduct or are not qualified to perform the work.
