319-24 November 25, 2024 2025 ESSEX COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT RESOLUTION WHEREAS, the Township of West Orange is one of the municipalities of Essex County that must appoint two (2) Community Development r e p r e s e n t a t i v e s t o the Essex County Division of Housing and Community Development; and WHEREAS, the Mayor has recommended the appointment of Zayibeth Carballo and James A. Williams as Community Development representatives from the Township of West Orange; and WHEREAS, the Council is in agreement with the recommendation of the Mayor. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Municipal Council of the Township of West Orange that Zayibeth Carballo and James A. Williams be and they are hereby appointed as the Township of West Orange Community Development representatives to the Essex County Division of Housing and Community Development for the year 2025.
