SCOPE OF SERVICES The scope of services is described in detail below: PHASE 1 - FIELD INVESTIGATION/RECONNAISSANCE ITEM 1: KICK OFF MEETING AND EXISTING CONDITIONS Matrix will attend a kick-off meeting with the Township to discuss the goals for the park and gather readily available information about the park from the Township. This will include an initial discussion on the type and number of facilities and the construction budget for potential park improvements. This will also be the time to discuss potential areas of concern and specific areas in need of review prior to visiting the site. As part of this item, Matrix will review the available information to fully understand the conditions as they are today, which will set the foundation for the creation of the concept plan for the park. In addition, Matrix staff will visit the site to evaluate any areas of concern brought to our attention by the Township and to assess the overall condition of the park space. Matrix will attend up to two (2) meetings as part of this task. The delineation will be conducted consistent with the 1989 Federal Manual for Identifying and Delineating Jurisdictional Wetlands which is the methodology required pursuant to the Freshwater Wetlands Protection Act Rules (NJAC 7:7A).
