SEAN M. SAVAGE, PE, LEED AP Civil Engineer / Director of Land Development 143 West Front Street, Red Bank, NJ – Mr. Savage was responsible for creating profile and cross-section plans. He also was responsible for grading design and updating drainage report. He was responsible for submitting Soil Erosion and County Planning Board applications, as well as submitting TWA and water main extension permits. Mr. Savage was involved in the redesign of grading after building layout changes. He coordinated with client and architect on plan revisions. Middletown Senior Housing, Middletown, NJ – Mr. Savage was Responsible for site grading, sanitary/drainage sewer design, stormwater detention basin design, and preparation of drainage report. He was also responsible for general site plan preparations. Traditions at Tinton Falls, Tinton Falls, NJ – Mr. Savage was responsible for drainage calculations, stormwater detention basin design and routing. He also worked on drainage and sewer pipe layout and prepared site plan, subdivision, and soil erosion applications. Monmouth Shores Corporate Park, Wall, NJ – Mr. Savage worked on preparation of a land use study for this site which involved creating alternative site layout options including building placement and parking layout. He was responsible for grading of the site and designed drainage and sanitary sewer systems. He organized the creation of the project site plans and also coordinated with client and architect as needed. Hoboken Senior Housing, Hoboken, NJ – Mr. Savage provided project management and engineering design services for this development consisting of 36 residential units located within a 6-story building. Design services included preparation of site plans, site grading, stormwater management, water and sanitary sewer connections, landscape and lighting. The project will also include obtaining City Planning Board approval, County approval, soil erosion, and NJDEP permits for water main and sanitary sewer extensions. Mr. Savage also coordinated with the client’s architect as needed to complete the design documents. Liberty Harbor North, Jersey City, NJ – NJDEP Waterfront Permitting Plans - Mr. Savage provided project management and engineering design services for this mixed-use development consisting of 694 residential units and approximately 11,000 sf of retail located within a multi-story building and a

Design services included preparation of site plans, site grading, stormwater management, water and sanitary sewer connections, landscaping, and lighting. Mr. Savage also coordinated with the client’s architect as needed to complete the design documents. PSE&G Spring Valley Road Substation, Paramus, NJ – Mr. Savage provided project management and permitting services for this proposed electrical substation improvement project. The scope of services included peer review of design plans prepared by another consultant and preparation of applications for zoning permit, site work permit and building permits. Ridgefield Warehouse Development, Ridgefield, NJ – Mr. Savage provided project management, professional testimony, and engineering design services for this approximately 350,000 SF warehouse development. Responsible for preparation of site plans, stormwater management design and obtaining Township and outside agency approvals including soil erosion, NJDEP flood hazard area permitting, NJDEP water main extension, NJDEP treatment works approval, SUEZ water company and County. Mr. Savage also managed other services including survey and landscape design as well as coordinated with the client’s other consultants (traffic engineer and architect) as needed to complete the design documents. In addition, Mr. Savage was responsible for preparation of NJDEP flood hazard area permitting plans. River Road Redevelopment, Borough of Chatham, NJ - Mr. Savage provided project management and engineering design services for this development consisting of 320 residential units located within a 4-story building. Design services included preparation of site plans, site grading, stormwater management, water and sanitary sewer connections, and lighting. Project also included obtaining Borough Planning Board approval, County approval, soil erosion and NJDEP permits for water main and sanitary sewer extensions. Mr. Savage also coordinated with the client’s architect as needed to complete the design documents.
