Land Surveying Services..................................................... $40,000.00 B. Civil Engineering Services................................................... $80,000.00 C. Soil Conservation District ...................................................... $1,500.00 D. Final Design Services.......................................................... $35,000.00 E. Bid Phase Services ............................................................... $3,500.00 Total Lump Sum Fee for Services ....................................... $160,000.00 Construction Administration Services (Separate Fee) The following services will be provided under this phase: A. Contract preparation including review of bonds, insurance certificates and project manning reports; B. Attend preconstruction meeting; C. Provide assistance with interpretation of contract documents; D. Review shop drawings for site-related items; E. Provide construction observation services, prepare contractor punch lists and review and prepare pay estimates; and, F. Perform project close out and final pay estimate/close out change order. The Lump Sum fee for Construction Administration Services is $60,000.00. Exceptions:  Any work not specified as listed in the above phase shall be considered additional services and will be invoiced at the time said work is authorized by the Township.
