PERSONNEL ASSIGNMENTS Thomas Lemanowicz, PE, PP, CME, Principal Engineer, will be responsible for the overall design, contract adherence, and overall project supervision. He will be assisted by Engineering Department staff members Michael Pirog, PE, CME, Project Engineer and Ryan Mangano, Senior Designer.
