4. Review shop drawings; 5. Provide construction observation services; 6. Prepare progress pay estimates; 7. Prepare punch lists required to be addressed by the contractor prior to close out; 8. Obtain quotes for pavement cores as required by the NJDOT; 9. Prepare final pay estimate and close out change order; and, 10. Coordinate with the Township and NJDOT Local Aid offices for reimbursement of the grant funding. Total Lump Sum Fee ......................................................................................................... $36,000.00 Exceptions:  Construction Stake Out is not included in this scope of services. Should same be required, our office requests the opportunity to provide a fee for same.  Any work not specified as listed in the above phases shall be considered additional services and will be invoiced at the time said work is authorized by the Township. Should this fee estimate meet your approval, please provide our office with a professional services agreement or resolution as an indication of the work to proceed.
