This proposal is based on our review of November 27th email request for proposals and our experience providing these services. Due to our familiarity with West Orange Township and Essex County as a whole, we are confident that we can provide responsive services at a competitive cost. The following outlines our anticipated scope of services and is divided into four sections as follows: Section I – Scope of Services Section II – Business Terms and Conditions Section III – Technical Staff Hourly Rate Schedule and Reimbursable Expenses Section IV – Client Contract Authorization The following scope of work has been separated into tasks so that it can be more easily reviewed.
