Effective May 1, 2028, the annual license fees and maximum number of licenses for the sale or distribution of alcoholic beverages within the Township shall be as follows: Class of License Plenary Retail Consumption Seasonal Retail Consumption Plenary Retail Distribution Club License Annual License Fee $2,353.96 $1,765.46 $1,707.85 $188 No. of Licenses 50 0 16 1 Effective May 1, 2029, the annual license fees and maximum number of licenses for the sale or distribution of alcoholic beverages within the Township shall be as follows: Class of License Plenary Retail Consumption Seasonal Retail Consumption Plenary Retail Distribution Club License Annual License Fee $2,500 $2,118.55 $2,049.42 $188 No. of Licenses 50 0 16 1 Effective May 1, 2030, the annual license fees and maximum number of licenses for the sale or distribution of alcoholic beverages within the Township shall be as follows: Class of License Plenary Retail Consumption Seasonal Retail Consumption Plenary Retail Distribution Club License Annual License Fee $2,500 $2,500 $2,459.30 $188 No. of Licenses 50 0 16 1 Effective May 1, 2031, the annual license fees and maximum number of licenses for the sale or distribution of alcoholic beverages within the Township shall be as follows: Class of License Plenary Retail Consumption Seasonal Retail Consumption Plenary Retail Distribution Club License III. Annual License Fee $2,500 $2,500 $2,500 $188 No. of Licenses 50 0 16 1 REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES Any Ordinances of the Township which are in conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. IV. SEVERABILITY If any part of this Ordinance shall be deemed invalid, such parts shall be severed and the invalidity thereof shall not affect the remaining parts of this Ordinance. 2
