2913-25 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CHAPTER 7, TRAFFIC, SUBSECTIONS 7-32.1 HANDICAPPED PARKING ON STREETS, AND 7-32.2 RESTRICTED PARKING ZONES OF THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE BE IT ORDAINED, by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange, in the County of Essex, State of New Jersey as follows: Section 1. Subsections 7-32.1, Handicapped Parking on Streets of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange is hereby supplemented and amended as follows (italic type denotes deletion, bold type denotes addition): 7-32.1 Handicapped Parking on Streets. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-197(2c) the following on- street location is designated as a handicapped parking place. Such spaces are for use by persons who have been issued special identification cards, plates, or placards by the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission, or a temporary placard issued by the Chief of Police. No other person shall be permitted to park in these places. Residence Address No. of Spaces 120 Elm Street Section 2. 1 Location Beginning 35 feet east of the easterly curb line of Mississippi Avenue extended, and extending 20 feet east. Subsections 7-32.2, Restricted Parking Zones of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange is hereby supplemented and amended as follows (italic type denotes deletion, bold type denotes addition): 7-32.2 Restricted Parking Zones. Pursuant to N.J.S.A 39:4-197.6, Restricted Parking Zones, as defined in N.J.S.A. 39:4-207.6e, are established in front of the following residences as indicated on the Tax Maps of the Township of West Orange, at the specified locations.
