Please note our inspections have revealed that all items have been installed in a satisfactory manner. Based on the above, our office has no objection to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy and release of the performance guarantee subject to the Applicant posting a 3-year maintenance guarantee in the amount of $8,301.00.
