His additional experience includes environmental site mapping, customized web mapping applications, application development, and database design and implementation. Mr. Nourry has extensive experience utilizing ESRI Software, including ArcMap, ArcGis Pro, ArcCatalog, ArcPad, ArcGIS Field Maps, and ArcGIS Online. He has successfully completed several deployments of ArcGIS Enterprise. In addition to his experience with GIS, Mr. Nourry is well versed in Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and the Microsoft Power Platform which includes Power Automate, Power BI, and PowerApps. Mr. Nourry has used these skills to deploy cloud services to host complex databases and develop applications for a wide range of uses. Utilizing his expertise and passion of GIS, combined with his attention to detail and knowledge of GPS and computer hardware, Mr. Nourry established FPA’s GIS Services Discipline.
