County Engineer 973-225-5398 CONSTRUCTION COST $15 Million COMPLETION DATE 2019 - Ongoing DISCIPLINES INCLUDED Environmental Structural Design Surveying Permitting Construction Support Construction Inspection Boswell was engaged by the City of Passaic for the Dundee Island Bridge Reconstruction, North Pulaski Park Renovation Project, and the Passaic City Improvements – Pulaski Park Transformative Railroad Improvement Project. Boswell has provided environmental, structural, surveying, permitting, and construction support and inspection services in support of Phase II of this project. Like the Phase I Park in the south to North Pulaski Park across Monroe Street to the north, via a proposed riverfront walkway. The project also included the purchase of a defunct railroad line (New York and Greenwood Lake Railway) along the project’s western side and a railroad bridge connecting to the City of Garfield.
