Project Approach continued y Construction Observation & Documentation - Provide full-time on-site inspection services to monitor contractor progress and compliance with plans and specifications. - Maintain a daily inspection log and photo documentation of construction activities. - Conduct periodic site meetings to address progress, schedule, and site conditions. y Contract Administration - Review contractor payment applications and recommend approval to the Township. - Prepare and issue field directives, clarifications, and review change orders as required. - Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) from the contractor. y Project Closeout - Conduct final walkthrough with the Township and Contractor. - Prepare a punch list and verify completion of corrective work. - Review and approve final as-built drawings. - Provide Certificates of Completion for all project components.
