Mr. Montana is responsible for preparing engineering design and construction documents from initial inception through construction and is also responsible for acquiring regulatory agency approvals. He has extensive experience with due diligence, land grading, and drainage design and application and permit preparation. Mr. Montana is responsible for preparation of design calculations, plans and specifications as well as coordination with regulatory agencies. He has experience with AutoCad Civil 3D, Bentley Design Software, and other engineering programs as well as application and permit preparation. Relevant Experience Affiliations American Society of Civil Engineers Rutgers Academic Building and Honors College – New Brunswick, NJ: Project Engineer responsible for preparing site layout, soil erosion measures, and drainage design as well as supporting stormwater management calculations for a 500-unit dormitory and an Academic Building with public green space for student use. Additional responsibilities include coordination with local, county, and state regulatory agencies, filing for necessary permits, and review of construction submittals and RFIs. Four Seasons at Great Notch – City of Clifton and Borough of West Paterson, NJ: This project involved complete site plan design of an 800-unit development, which is proposed to be constructed on an abandoned 73-acre rock quarry. Responsibilities included development layout, roadway design, utility layout and design, and stormwater management. Also responsible for earthwork analysis calculations, storm and sanitary design calculations, pump station design and stream encroachment study. The Pinnacle – Fort Lee, NJ: Engineer of record for the construction of a high-rise building with 129 luxury residential units on River Road, Fort Lee New Jersey. Responsibilities included preparing site layout, soil erosion measures, grading and drainage design and supporting stormwater management calculations, expert testimony, coordination with local, county, and

Responsibility included development layout, roadway design, grading, storm and sanitary sewer design and calculation, and construction details. Mr. Montana was also responsible for the preparation of roadway baseline data, horizontal and vertical alignments, roadway profiles, and earthwork analysis. Duties also included the preparation of construction plans. Sojo Hotel & Spa Club – Edgewater NJ: Engineer of record for the construction of 100 room hotel and spa on River Road in Edgewater. Responsibilities included preparing site layout, soil erosion measures, grading and drainage design and supporting stormwater management calculations, expert testimony, coordination with local, county, and state regulatory agencies, filing for necessary permits, and review of construction submittals and RFIs. www.psands.com Monmouth Park Racetrack – Oceanport, NJ: Prepared site plans and permit applications related to CAFO regulations for the backstretch portion of the Monmouth Park Racetrack. The focus of the project was to update the aging sanitary and storm sewer infrastructure to meet current CAFO regulations related to the backstretch operations.
