3. Rutgers New Jersey Medical School Global Tuberculosis Institute is hereby authorized to provide comprehensive tuberculosis health services to the Township of West Orange and its’ residents. 4. By this Resolution, all terms agreed upon in the Agreement between the Township and the University are incorporated herein.
