Township Council Meeting — Packet

The amount of the Performance and Payment Bond and the amount of the Bid Bond will be based ‘on the total amount of trees scheduled to be planted at time of award. The planting shall be completed by March 15, 2026. The Township will provide a list of locations with up 200 trees to be planted with specific tree quantities per species to the awarded vendor prior to commencement of work. The bid price should take in consideration that any of the species from list of trees might be used or not. Several planting periods may occur during this time frame. It is the Township's option if it chooses to award the unit prices for additional work. Hard plastic protective root barrier to be installed at least 24” in depth afong curb or sidewalk as directed. See picture for example. After bid is awarded contractor to provide specifications of product that will be used. BB
