Our office will provide construction management of the improvements for the anticipated contract time including the following services: 1. Coordinate and attend pre-construction meeting; 2. Coordinate with the contractor to ensure compliance with the final contract documents; 3. Provide assistance with interpretation of contract documents; 4. Review shop drawings; 5. Provide construction observation services; 6. Prepare progress pay estimates; 7. Prepare punch lists required to be addressed by the contractor prior to close out; 8. Prepare final pay estimate and close out change order; and, 9. Coordinate with the Township and CDBG offices for reimbursement of the respective grant funding. A monthly report is typically submitted to the governing body detailing the progress and status of each active project.
