2948-26 LEGISLATIVE HISTORY This Ordinance, which amends the Traffic Regulations of the Township, amends the Parking Regulations for Washington Street, east of Watchung Avenue, to create a 15-minute parking zone for the business located at 208 Watchung Avenue. This action is in response to a request for more turnover in the available spaces in the area, which on Watchung Avenue tend to be taken by nearby residents or business patrons who park all day. The time limited parking in this area will be in effect daily from 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM. There is no overnight parking in this area between 2 A.M. and 5 A.M. The Parking Regulations for Washington Street west of Watchung Avenue were previously updated in 2024.
