A final inspection has been completed and the restoration work is satisfactory. I am now requesting the release of escrow in the amount of $3,000 to be returned to Jamie Rivera, 45 Highwood Road, West Orange, NJ 07052 for the completed work in the Township ROW located at 45 Highwood Road.
