The regular workday shall consist of 8 hours between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM. SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS: - The second shift shall receive an additional 10% of the hourly rate, per hour, and the third shift shall receive an additional 15% of the hourly rate, per hour. The regular workday shall be 8 hours between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM. SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL: - 2nd Shift (3:30 PM-11:30 PM) shall work 7.5 hours and receive 8 hours pay at the regular rate, plus 10% per hour on the total rate. - 3rd Shift (11:30 PM-7:00 AM) shall work 7 hours and receive 8 hours pay at the regular rate, plus 15% per hour on the total rate.
