The regular workday consists of 8 hours, between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM. OVERTIME: Hours before or after the regular workday, Monday though Friday, and all hours worked on Saturday shall be paid at time and one-half the hourly rate. All hours on Sunday and holidays shall be paid at double the hourly rate. Four (4) 10 hour days may be worked, Monday through Friday, at straight time, for projects lasting at least one week in duration. The fifth day may be used as a make-up day at straight time for a day lost due to inclement weather. However, if the fifth day is not a make-up day, all hours worked will be paid at time and one-half the hourly rate.
