PERIOD AND RATES Yearly 24.47 28.55 32.62 36.70 Benefits 22.31 for all intervals Ratio of Apprentices to Journeymen -* * Ratio of apprentices to journeymen shall not be more than one apprentice for the first journeyman and no more than one (1) apprentice for each additional three (3) journeymen. Craft: Laborer - Asbestos & Hazardous Waste Removal COMMENTS/NOTES NOTE: These rates apply to work in connection with Asbestos, Radiation, Hazardous Waste, Lead, Chemical, Biological, Mold Remediation and Abatement. The regular workday shall be 8 hours. OVERTIME: = Hours in excess of 8 per day, Monday through Saturday, and all hours on Sunday and holidays shall be paid at time and one-half the regular rate. - Benefits on ALL overtime hours shall be paid at straight time.
