NEW JERSEY DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PREVAILING WAGE RATE DETERMINATION County - ESSEX Craft: Truck Driver-Material Delivery Driver PREVAILING WAGE RATE 05/01/26 05/01/27 Driver W37.82 W38.72 B47.28 B49.03 | 785.10 | 187.75 Craft: Truck Driver-Material Delivery Driver COMMENTS/NOTES BLENDED RATE: When a truck driver is performing work on the site and also serving as a material delivery driver, the driver shall be paid a "blended rate", See the "Truck Driver" craft for the blended rates. Truck Foreman/Shop Steward: +$0.25 per hour SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS: - 2nd Shift shall receive an additional $0.50 per hour - 3rd Shift shall receive time and one-half the hourly rate. OVERTIME: - Hours in excess of 8 per day, or before or after the regular workday that are not shift work, Monday through Friday, and all hours on Saturday shall be paid at time and one-half the hourly rate. All hours on Sunday and holidays shall be paid at double the hourly rate. RECOGNIZED HOLIDAYS: New Years Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day (Decoration Day), duly 4th, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
