W46.61 W47.61 W48.61 B45.28 B47.28 B49.03 T91.89 T94.89 T97.64 Craft: Truck Driver COMMENTS/NOTES BLENDED RATE: When a truck driver is performing work on the site and also serving as a material delivery driver, the driver shall be paid a "blended rate" which shall be 80% of the above-listed wage rates, plus the full benefit rate. This rate shall be used when the driver "round robins" for a minimum of 6 hours during the work day. HAZARDOUS WASTE REMOVAL: - On hazardous waste removal work on a State designated hazardous waste site where the driver is in direct contact with hazardous materials and when personal protective equipment is required for respiratory, skin, and eye protection, the driver shall receive an additional $3.00 per hour (with or without protective gear). - A hazardous waste related certified worker at a designated hazardous waste site who is not working in a zone requiring level A, B or C personal protection shall receive an additional $1.00 per hour. 2/5/2026 Page 68 of 71
