SECTION 651 – WATER 651.01 DESCRIPTION THE FOLLOWING IS ADDED: The Work described in this Section is for work performed when the utility is owned by a municipality. The Contractor shall coordinate all work with the local utility authority. The utility owner is responsible for all inspection and testing. 651.04 MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT THE FOLLOWING IS CHANGED TO: Separate payment shall not be made for Water Valve Box Reset. The size and type of pipe and type of joint shall conform to the requirements of the corporations, companies, agencies, or municipalities owning or controlling the utility. When the service connection lines needs to be relocated due to a field conflict, the length of line replaced will be paid by the linear foot and will include all Work to restore the service.
