811.04 MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE ADDED: Pay Item Pay Unit SMALL DECIDUOUS TREE, 2.0-2.5 CAL., B&B UNIT THE LAST PARAGRAPH IS REPLACED WITH THE FOLLOWING: The Township will make no payment for plants rendered unacceptable until replaced with healthy specimen of similar species and size. Tree plantings shall include the root control system, drip bag watering system, and water. The Township will make no payment for wood chip mulching associated with planting. All costs shall be included in the price bid for the plant material. The limits for wood chip mulch associated with planting will extend from the center of the plant out to the drip line or edge of the plant pit/bed, whichever is greater.
