NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that the Final Accounting of As Built Quantities for the project MA-2020 Arverne Road, Crestmont Road (portion) and Westover Terrace (portion) Improvement Project with Cifelli & Son General Contracting, 81 Franklin Avenue, Nutley, NJ 07110 in the amount of $44,515.18 or a 4.31 percent increase in the adjusted contract amount through Change Order No. 1 is hereby approved bringing the final adjusted contract amount to $1,077,434.42. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Municipal Engineer is authorized to execute the Change Order on behalf of the Township of West Orange. Karen J.
