NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange, County of Essex, State of New Jersey, that it approves the utilization of a three-year average method in computing the own’s fees and permits revenue anticipation in the column above identified as the Amount to be Budgeted in 2021; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a certified copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Director of the Division of Local Government Services.
