180-22 July 19, 2022 RESOLUTION WHEREAS, certain tax appeals in 2017 are pending concerning the Properties enumerated herein; and WHEREAS, Hendricks Appraisal Company, LLC (“Hendricks”) has been asked to conduct two (2) primary types of appraisal reports: (i) Appraisal Report; and (ii) the Restricted Appraisal Report pursuant to a professional services agreement for appraisal services for Tax Year 2017; and WHEREAS, Hendricks has agreed to provide appraisal services for the tax year 2017, pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in the agreement annexed hereto as Exhibit “A” for the following properties (“Properties”): ADDRESS BLOCK LOTS 10 Rooney Circle 155 41.02 100 Executive Drive 155 40.02 200 Executive Drive 155 42.02 300 Executive Drive 155 42.01 and WHEREAS, all fees for such services will be paid in full by West Orange Office Executive Park, LLC (“WOOEP”) former owner of the Properties; and WHEREAS, this engagement is not done under the fair and open process set forth in the applicable laws; NOW, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that the Mayor be and is hereby authorized to execute an agreement, in the form annexed hereto, to retain Hendricks to provide appraisal services at the sole cost and expense of
