Standard Proposal For Appraisal & Consulting Assignments Report Certified To: Unless directed otherwise, the appraisal reports shall be addressed to the following as client: Township of West Orange 66 Main Street West Orange, New Jersey 07052 Additional Provisions: The appraiser acknowledges that the client - Township of West Orange shall not be responsible for the appraisal fee or any additional fees-charges in connection with this assignment. The appraiser has been informed that the appraisal fee, retainer and any additional costs shall be the responsibility of West Orange Office Executive Park, LLC - in accordance with and as specified by the redevelopment agreement (Section 13.5). The appraiser may require additional information from the client in connection with the preparation of the appraisals, The client shall provide (if available) any and all information requests. The foregoing includes, but is not limited to, any leases, rent rolls, expense statements, or similar data for each of the subject properties, Agreement: I, , having full authority to enter into this agreement, accept the terms and conditions contained within the accompanying proposal as submitted by the Hendricks Appraisal Company, LLC, and dated herein as of May 25, 2022.
