3 Resolution #186-12 Resolution Authorizing the Tax Collector to Refund Overpayment of 2012 Real Estate Taxes Due to Overpayment by Property Owner Resolution #187-12 Resolution in Support of the Planning Board’s Opposition to New Jersey Senate Bill S1534 and Assembly Bill A2586 Urging the State Legislation to Vote Against the Passage of Both Bills Resolution #188-12 Resolution Authorizing the Collector of Taxes to Rebate Payment to the Listed Taxpayer Pursuant to Final Judgment by the Tax Court of New Jersey Ordinance on Second and Final Reading Ordinance 2361-12 On motion made by Councilwoman Spango and seconded by Councilman Guarino, AN ORDINANCE CREATING NEW TOWNSHIP CODE SECTION 14, SECTION 8.2A AND REVISING THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE TO ALLOW FOR SNOW, IDE AND GRASS REMOVAL ON PRIVATELY OWNED PROPERTIES BY TOWNSHIP EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS, was taken up on second and final reading. All members voting “Aye”. The Council President stated that this is the scheduled time for the public hearing and asked the Clerk to read the ordinance by title only. The Council President asked if there was anyone who wished to be heard. There was no one who wished to be heard and the public hearing was closed. Following discussion and on motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilman Guarino, the above mentioned ordinance was passed on second and final reading and ordered advertised according to law.
