All members voting “Aye”. The Clerk read the ordinance by title only. On motion made by Councilman Krakoviak and seconded by Councilman Guarino, the above mentioned ordinance was approved on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on December 18, 2012. Ordinance #2366-12 BOND ORDINANCE REAPPROPRIATING $1,606,799.25 PROCEEDS OF OBLIGATION NOT NEEDED FOR THEIR ORIGINAL PURPOSE FOR THE ACQUISTION OF VARIOUS IMPROVEMENTS BY THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE, NJ, was introduced and approved on first reading.
