7 Resolution #236-12 Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to Execute the Essex County Division of Senior Services Contract Update for Visiting Nurse Services in the Amount of $17,171 for the Period of January 1, 2013 – December 31, 2013 and to Execute the New Three Year Contract for the Period of January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013 in the Amount of $17,171 and January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014 in the Amount of $17,171 and January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015 in the Amount of $17,171 Following discussion and on motion made by Councilman Krakoviak and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the above mentioned resolution was adopted.
