Councilman Guarino, Councilwoman McCartney, Councilwoman Spango and Council President Cirilo voting “Aye”. Councilman Krakoviak voting “Nay”. The Council President stated that this is the scheduled time for the public hearing and asked the Clerk to read the ordinance by title only.
