Resolution #108-13 Resolution Authorizing the Collector of Taxes to Rebate Payment to the Listed Taxpayer Pursuant to Final Judgment by the Tax Court of New Jersey Following discussion and on motion made by Councilman Krakoviak and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the above mentioned resolution was adopted. All members voting “Aye”. Resolution #111-13 Resolution Awarding a Professional Services Contract to the Firm Appraisal Systems, Inc., 110 South Jefferson Road, Whippany, New Jersey to Provide Tax Appeals Services on Behalf of the Township in an Amount NTE $60,000 Kevin Dillon, Tax Assessor, commented on the above resolution and responded to questions from Council. Following discussion and on motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilman Guarino, the above mentioned resolution was adopted. All members voting “Aye”. Resolution #112-13 Resolution Amending Resolution 7-13 Emergency Temporary Appropriation for the Purpose of Funding Eminent Tax Appeals Prior to Adoption of 2013 Budget – N.J.S.A. 40A:4-20 Following discussion and on motion made by Councilwoman Spango and seconded by Councilman Krakoviak, the above mentioned resolution was adopted. All members voting “Aye”. On motion made by Councilman Krakoviak and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the meeting was adjourned at 9:29 P.M.
