The Clerk read the ordinance by title only. On motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Councilwoman Spango, the above mentioned ordinance was passed on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on August 20, 2013. Ordinance #2381-13 AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE, IN THE COUNTY OF ESSEX, STATE OF NEW JERSEY AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A GOVERNMENT ENERGY AGGREGATION PROGRAM, was introduced and passed on first reading.
