4 Resolution #33-14 Resolution Authorizing an Extension of the Contract for Tree Removal Services with Dujet Tree Services, 54 Notch Road, West Paterson, NJ Following discussion and on motion made by Council President McCartney and seconded by Councilwoman Spango, the above mentioned resolution was adopted. Councilman Cirilo, Councilman Guarino, Councilwoman Spango and Council President McCartney voting “Aye”. Councilman Krakoviak voting “Nay”. Resolution #34-14 Resolution of Support from the Local Governing Body Authorizing the 2014 Essex County Open Space Local Aid Program Grant Application Following discussion and on motion made by Councilman Cirilo and seconded by Council President McCartney, the above mentioned resolution was adopted. Councilman Cirilo, Councilman Guarino, Councilwoman Spango and Council President McCartney voting “Aye”. Councilman Krakoviak voting “Nay”.
