Following discussion and on motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Councilwoman Spango, the above mentioned ordinance was passed on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on May 6, 2014. All members voting “Aye”. Ordinance #2408-14 BOND ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING REPLACEMENT OF BLEACHERS AT VARIOUS FIELDS A THE HIGH SCHOOL IN AND FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE, IN THE COUNTY OF ESSEX, NEW JERSEY, APPROPRIATING $60,000 THEREFORE AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $57,000 BONDS OR NOTES TO FINANCE PART OF THE COST THEREOF, was introduced and passed on first reading.
