Show all pages6 All members present voting “Aye”. The Council President stated that this was the scheduled time for the public hearing and asked if there was anyone who wished to be heard. There was no one who wished to be heard and the public hearing was closed. On motion made by Council President Guarino and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the above mentioned ordinance was passed on second and final reading and ordered according to law. All members present voting “Aye”. Ordinances on First Reading Ordinance #2436-15 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 25, SECTIONS 4, 51.6, 51.7, 51.8, 51.9, 51.10 AND 51.15 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE (REVISION OF VARIOUS ZONING ORDINANCES), was introduced and passed on first reading. The Clerk read the ordinance by title only. On motion made by Council President Guarino and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the above mentioned ordinance was passed on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on February 10, 2015. All members present voting “Aye”. Ordinance #2437-15 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CHAPTER 7, TRAFFIC, SUBSECTION 7-11, PARKING TIME LIMITED ON CERTAIN STREETS DURING CERTAIN HOURS; SUBSECTION 7-23.1, TURN PROHIBITIONS AND SUBSECTION 7-26.1, BUS STOPS OF THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE – ST. CLOUD AVENUE, was introduced and passed on first reading. The Clerk read the ordinance by title only. On motion made by Council President Guarino and seconded by Councilwoman Spango, the above mentioned ordinance was passed on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on January 27, 2015. All members present voting “Aye”. Ordinance #2438-15 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AN ORDINANCE CREATING A RECLASSIFICATION AND SALARY SCHEDULE OF CERTAIN TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE EMPLOYEES SETTING FORTH THEIR TITLES, CLASSIFICATIONS AND SALARY RANGES AND ADOPTING A SALARY GUIDE AND ESTABLISHING THE EMPLOYEE’S STATUS AS A TOWNSHIP EMPLOYEE AND UNDER THE GUIDELINES OF THE NEW JERSEY DEPARTMENT OF PERSONNEL-COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER, was introduced and passed on first reading.
