5 Ordinances on First Reading Ordinance #2444-15 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 25, SECTIONS 51.16, OF THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE (REVISION TO ZONING ORDINANCE), was introduced and passed on first reading. The Clerk read the ordinance by title only. On motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Council President Guarino, the above mentioned ordinance was passed on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on March 10, 2015. All members voting “Aye”. Resolution #59-15 Resolution Authorizing the Appointment of Alicia Skinner t/a Skinner Consulting Services as the Township’s Grant Writer for a Fee of $2,333.33 Per Month for a Period of One Year Commencing on January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015 Following discussion and on motion made by Councilwoman Spango and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the above mentioned resolution was held-over until the March 10, 2015 public meeting. All members voting “Aye” to holdover. Resolution #64-15 Resolution Authorizing a Contract with Goose Control Technologies for a Term of One Year During 2015 at a Rate of $3,000.00 Following discussion and on motion made by Councilman Cirilo and seconded by Councilwoman Spango, the above mentioned resolution was adopted. Councilman Cirilo, Councilwoman McCartney, Councilwoman Spango and Council President Guarino voting “Aye”. Councilman Krakoviak voting “Nay”. The Minutes of this meeting are on file in the Office of the Municipal Clerk.
