Resolution #95-15 Resolution Authorizing an Agreement with Fairview Insurance Associates to Provide Risk Management Consulting Services to the Township for the Period of January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015 *It is noted that Councilman Cirilo recused himself from the above resolution. Resolution #96-15 Resolution Awarding the Contract for the 2015 Road Improvements, Phase 1 Various Streets – High Street, Orange Place, Granada Construction Corp., 147 Thomas Street, Newark, NJ 07114, in the Amount of $681,898.00 Subject to Federal Clearance of the Contractor by the Essex County Division of Housing and Community Development Resolution #97-15 Resolution Awarding an Emergency Contract Between the Township and Rapid Pump and Meter Service Co, Inc. of P.O. Box AY, 285 Straight Street, Paterson, New Jersey 07509 for Emergency Bypass Pumping at the Northfield Avenue Pump Station in the Amount of $53,919.16 to Supply and Install Temporary Emergency Pumps to Replace Existing Pumps that were Damaged when the Station was Flooded and which Jeopardized Public Health, Safety and Welfare Resolution #98-15 Resolution Authorizing Execution of Agreement with Allied Risk Management Services, 3 Cypress Point Lane, Monroe Township, NJ 08831 to Provide Risk Management Consulting Services Resolution #99-15 Resolution Authorizing Refund Payments Due to Tax Court Judgments Ordinances on Second and Final Reading Ordinance #2444-15 On motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilman Guarino, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 25, SECTIONS 51.16 OF THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE (REVISION TO ZONING ORDINANCE), was taken up on second and final reading. All members voting “Aye”. The Council President stated that this is the scheduled time for the public hearing and asked if there was anyone who wished to make a statement at this time. There was no one who wished to be heard and the public hearing was closed. The Council had a brief discussion with regard to making changes to the language of this ordinance. On motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the motion on the above mentioned ordinance failed. 4
