Resolution #77-15 Resolution Authorizing the Execution of the First Amendment to the Agreement for Retention of the Municipal Prosecutor On motion made by Councilwoman Spango and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the above mentioned resolution was adopted. Councilman Cirilo, Councilman Krakoviak, Councilwoman McCartney and Councilwoman Spango voting “Aye”. Councilman Krakoviak voting “Nay”. ABC HEARING Misty’s Restaurant and Bar – License No. 0722-33-006-007 – Notice of Charges On motion made by Council President Guarino and seconded by Councilman Krakoviak, the Council adjourned as the Township Council and reconvened as the ABC Board. All members voting “Aye”. On motion made by Councilwoman Spango and seconded by Councilman Cirilo, the Council agreed to a two day suspension of the above named license as recommended and preapproved by the Criminal Investigative Division of the West Orange Police Department. Assistant Township Attorney Ken Kayser explained to the Licensee the ABC Board’s expectations and what her on-going responsibilities are going forward. All members voting “Aye”. On motion made by Council President Guarino and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the Council adjourned as the ABC Board and reconvened as the Township Council. All members voting “Aye”. The Minutes of this meeting are on file in the Office of the Municipal Clerk.
