Matthews, Esq. to Provide Legal Counsel on Pension- Related Matters Resolution #118-15 Resolution Authorizing the Township Administration to Process an Involuntary Disability Retirement Application for Detective Keith Boryeskne Ordinances on Second and Final Reading - None Ordinances on First Reading Ordinance #2448-15 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 25, SECTIONS 51.16 OF THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNHSIP OF WEST ORANGE, was introduced and passed on first reading. The Clerk read the ordinance by title only. On motion made by Councilman Cirilo and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the above mentioned ordinance was passed on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on April 28, 2015. All members voting “Aye”. Resolution #112-15 Resolution Authorizing Execution of Agreement with Fairview Insurance Associates to Provide Services as Broker of Record Following discussion and on motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilwoman Spango, the above mentioned resolution was adopted.
