3 Councilman Cirilo, Councilwoman McCartney, Councilwoman Spango and Council President Guarino voting “Aye”. Councilman Krakoviak voting “Nay”. Resolution #115-15 Resolution Authorizing a Land Lease Agreement with Verizon Regarding the Telecommunications Monopole at the Woodlands Fire House Located at 280 Pleasant Valley Way Following a brief discussion, Councilman Krakoviak made a motion to table the resolution, there was no second and the motion failed. Following discussion and on motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilwoman Spango, the above mentioned resolution was adopted. Resolution #117-15 Resolution Authorizing Execution of Memorandum of Understanding with West Orange Fireman’s Mutual Benevolent Association, Local 28 Following discussion and on motion made by Councilwoman McCartney and seconded by Councilman Guarino, the above mentioned resolution was adopted. All members voting “Aye”. The Minutes of this meeting are on file in the Office of the Municipal Clerk.
