Chairman Buechler asked if any other Board Member had any comments; seeing none Chairman Buechler asked for a motion to adopt the resolution. Vice Chairman Neuer made a motion to adopt the resolution with said revisions; Mr. Schwarzbaum seconded the motion. The vote was as follows: Bullock: - Schwarzbaum: Yes Gabry: - Steinhart: - D.
