1 Conference Meeting – November 24, 2015 The Township Council of the Township of West Orange met in the Council Chambers, Municipal Building, and 66 Main Street, West Orange, New Jersey at 6:32 p.m. Karen J. Carnevale, Municipal Clerk, read the following statement: This is to inform the general public that this meeting is being held in compliance with Section 5 of the Open Public Meetings Act, Public Law, 1975. A notice of this meeting was mailed to the Star Ledger and the West Orange Chronicle on December 1, 2014. Roll Call: Present: Councilwoman Casalino, Councilman Krakoviak, Councilwoman McCartney and Council President Guarino Absent: Councilman Cirilo A citation was presented to the West Orange United Fury U12 Girls Soccer Team and Megan Brill, Executive Director and John McElroy, Chairman of the Downtown West Orange Alliance presented a check to Debra Battista, Chapter Coordinator for the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition of funds raised in this year’s Mayor’s 5K Run/Walk on September 27, 2015.
