On motion made by Councilwoman Casalino and seconded by Councilman Guarino, the above mentioned ordinance was passed on second and final reading and ordered advertised according to law. On motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Council President Cirilo, Refunding Bond Ordinance Providing for the Refunding of Certain General Obligation Bonds of the Township of West Orange, NJ Appropriating $4,600,000 Therefor and Authorizing Issuance of $4,600,000 Bonds or Notes of the Township for Financing the Cost Thereof was approved on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on June 14, 2016. All members present voting “Aye.” Ordinance 2486-16 b. On motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, An Ordinance Amending and Supplementing Chapter 7, Traffic, Subsection 7-11, Parking Time Limited on Certain Streets During Certain Hours, of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange - West Side of South Valley Road, between Walker Road and Lawrence Avenue was approved on first reading, ordered advertised according to law, to come up for second and final reading on June 14, 2016. At 9:51 p.m., on motion made by Councilman Guarino and seconded by Councilwoman McCartney, the Council meeting was adjourned. All members voting “Aye”.
