There was no one else who wished to be heard and the public hearing was closed. *Review of Consent Agenda *Approval of Minutes of Previous Meeting The December 6, 2016 Public Meeting minutes were approved as submitted. *Resolution(s) adopted on Consent Agenda: b. 263-16 Resolution authorizing a Joint Services Agreement with the Borough of North Caldwell for Animal Shelter Services for the year 2017 (Legal-Moon) The Borough of North Caldwell will pay the Township the sum of $3,400 per annum to be prorated on a semi-annual basis of $1,700 per period for the contract year 2017. c. 264-16 Resolution Authorizing the Collector of Taxes to Refund Payment to the Listed Taxpayer Due to an Overpayment of Taxes Due to a Payment Posted in Error – Taxpayer is a Tax Exempt Disabled Veteran (Gagliardo) d. 265-16 Resolution Authorizing the Cancellation of Property Taxes Owed on the Selecto- Flash Property, Block 7, Lot 22 and Block 9, Lot 36 which the Township has obtained title through an In Rem Tax Foreclosure (Legal-Moon)
