4 p. 278-16 Resolution Authorizing the Execution of a Professional Services Agreement with Shirley Bishop, P.P. to Serve as Housing Consultant to the Township of West Orange for the Period of January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017 at an Hourly Rate of $165.00 (Legal- Moon) q. 279-16 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) 2016 Priority List (Planning-Miller) r. 280-16 Resolution Accepting Donation of Medicine Drop Box and Authorization to Sign MOU with ADAPT This resolution would authorize the Mayor to sign the Memorandum of Understanding with the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention Team (“ADAPT”) regarding a medicine drop box which the Township will receive at no cost. The medicine drop box will be donated to the Township and placed in police headquarters for the purpose of giving the public an opportunity to anonymously deposit unused and/or expired medications in a safe and proper manner.
